Reservation terms and regulations 2025

RESERVATION CONDITIONS

Note: These terms and conditions do not apply to seasonal camping. Please refer to the rental agreement.

Conditions

At the time of booking, the customer must pay the full amount. The credit card used when booking is the guarantor of all sites reserved for the period of the stay.
The reserved site is not guaranteed, as some changes can be made without notice. However, the services requested when booking such as water, electricity and sewers will be respected if a change of site must be made.
Maximum occupancy of 6 people including 2 adults and 4 children. Only one piece of equipment (tent, trailer tent, motorhome) per site. The minimum age to book is 18 years old.

Conditions

Reservation period
Reservations are made as of January 1st of the current year.

Number of people per site

Single-family campsite

A campsite can accommodate a maximum of 6 people.

The rate per night is for 6 people, that is, two adults and four minor children (under 18 years old). Additional fees apply for each additional person.

The minimum age to reserve a site is 18 years old.

Number of equipment per site.

Single-family campsites

Two tents or a single tent and a registered recreational equipment are authorized where the site allows it, as well as a kitchen tent without a bottom.

Number of sites per reservation

Reservation by Internet

It is possible to reserve up to a maximum of 3 sites per reservation for the same dates.

Reservation by phone

It is possible to reserve up to a maximum of 3 sites per reservation for the same or overlapping dates. (No limit on the number of reservations per call).

 

Number of vehicles per site

Campsite

Only one vehicle is permitted per site, free of charge, where authorized.

On some sites, the second vehicle can be installed on the campsite, if space permits. For all other cases, additional vehicles must be parked in the areas provided and identified for this purpose.

Number of nights per reservation

Campsite

You will only be able to reserve for stays of 2 consecutive nights or more.

However, it is possible to book per night, as long as the reservation is made for the same day or a maximum of 36 hours before the date of your stay

Cancellation and reservation modification policy

For any cancellation or modification of reservation, we invite you to contact the Sales and Reservation Department of Camping les Cèdres Inc. at 450-346-9276. An advisor will be happy to follow up on your request, according to the applicable terms and conditions.

The $8 reservation fee is non-refundable at all times.

Cancellation request more than 7 days before the scheduled arrival date:

Modifications are authorized at any time and without charge for any extension of the initial stay. From two or more modifications or for any replacement of date, a fee of $10 + taxes will be applied.

For any downward modification, 70% of the rate of the cancelled nights will be refunded. (30% of the rate is non-refundable.)

Cancellation request 6 days or less before the start date of the stay:

The reservation is no longer refundable. No cancellation or downward modification in all situations, nor any change of date.

 

Parking fees for additional vehicles

A parking fee of $10.44 /night/vehicle plus taxes applies for additional vehicles that can be parked on the campsite (where authorized) if space allows, or in areas designated and identified for this purpose.

Camping rules

Arrival, renewal and departure

Arrival: 1 p.m. to 9 p.m.
The campsite must be set up before 9 p.m. Access to the sites may be restricted after this time. Camping les Cèdres Inc. does not guarantee the availability of the campsite before 1 p.m.

Departure: 1 p.m.
Any customer who has not shown up 12 hours after their scheduled arrival date without notifying the sales and reservations department or the establishment will have their site re-let per night, starting at 1 p.m., every day.

The reservation of a campsite does not give the occupant priority for extending their stay beyond the nights that have been paid for.

General regulations

Visitors
Visitors are admitted until 9 p.m. and must have left the park no later than 10 p.m.

Pets (visitors and travelers)
It is strongly recommended not to bring your pets to the campsite. Access to the site for your pets will cost you $7/day/animal.

Guide dogs and assistance dogs in training or accompanying a blind person or a person with a motor disability are admitted without restriction in all buildings and public places. However, they must be easily identifiable by wearing the Mira scarf or harness and be kept on a leash at all times. The Mira Foundation's code of ethics must be respected by the people in charge of them, in particular by keeping the foundation's accreditation letter with them.

Curfew and quiet of the premises

At all times, campers must avoid making excessive noise, which may include the use of a generator. Please note that the curfew is in effect from 11 p.m. to 8 a.m. and that during this period no noise likely to be heard from the neighboring site is permitted.

At all times and places, it is requested to use personal headphones when using a radio, and this, to ensure a high-quality experience for visitors.

Traffic

The maximum speed allowed when driving a vehicle on the campsite is 10 km/h.

The barrier code that will be given to you allows you to freely enter and exit Camping les Cèdres Inc. for the duration of your stay. This code can only be used with a small car or van. It is prohibited to use it with a motorhome or any camping vehicle, trailer, fifth wheel or trailer.
If, however, the customer uses the barrier code when entering and exiting the site despite this warning, all damage caused to Camping les Cèdres Inc. equipment will be billed to the customer. In addition, Camping les Cèdres Inc. cannot be held responsible for damage caused to the customer's equipment.

Respect for the developed area

In order to protect the vegetation surrounding a campsite, the campsite must be set up only on the part developed and delimited for this purpose.

Campfires or cooking are permitted only in areas designed for this purpose and must be extinguished before bedtime. At all times, these must be kept under the supervision of a responsible person.

 

Cleanliness and equipment breakage

At all times, the camper must leave the place he occupies and the equipment he uses in a good state of cleanliness.

Sites left in an unclean state will be cleaned at the customer's expense.

Similarly, all breakages caused to the equipment of Camping les Cèdres Inc. will be billed to the customer.

Respect for the environment
The conservation of the natural environment is everyone's business. To this end, it is prohibited:

To kill, capture, injure, molest, harass, feed or tame an animal.
Throwing waste anywhere other than in the containers provided for this purpose or burning waste in the campfire;
Cutting down, damaging, removing or introducing a tree, shrub or herbaceous plant or part thereof;
Picking up dead wood;
Leaving dishes or food lying around. Out of respect for wildlife, it is important to store food in the car or in the facilities provided for this purpose.

Safety rules regarding the use of propane
It is advisable to consult the website of the Régie du bâtiment which has produced a video on the use of propane.

 

IMPORTANT MESSAGE: A person who contravenes these regulations may be evicted immediately, without refund or other notice.

SERVICE OFFERS

Please note that IF management were to restrict or prohibit access to a body of water for swimming, sliding or any other recreational equipment, for reasons beyond its control, no modification or cancellation will be accepted, nor any refund issued.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEED PROGRAM

Customer without reservation
If, upon arrival, the customer is not satisfied with their campsite, Camping les Cèdres Inc. undertakes to reimburse the entire rental price of the location, if the customer requests it within thirty minutes following its recording.

 

Customer with a reservation
When the customer has a reservation, Camping les Cèdres Inc. will take the necessary measures to offer them another location, depending on availability.
