Dear karate enthusiasts,

 We are delighted to announce a special activity at Camping les Cèdres: **Karate-Camping**!

All karateka practicing Shotokan karate are warmly invited to participate regardless of their level.

  ** Date: ** Saturday July 13, 2024

** Location: ** Community Room at Camping les Cèdres

 ** Training times: **  

  _** 9:00 a.m. to 9:50 a.m.: ** Beginners  

_** 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.: ** White, yellow and orange belts      

_** 12:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.: **Green belts and more

  From   1:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m., green to brown belts will be able to participate discreetly alongside black belts, ensuring not to disrupt their specific training.

  Get ready for an intense day of training, camaraderie and fun in the heart of nature. Come perfect your techniques, share your experience and immerse yourself in the spirit of Shotokan karate.

Whether you're a tatami fan or looking to take on new challenges, this day is for you. Don't forget to bring your equipment and your positive energy!
